What's the status of my order/where's my order?

We print, tag, and ship our products to order to ensure quality. Order to delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks, however, it can take longer sometimes. If you have waited 4+ weeks for your order, there may have been a problem during shipment. Please contact customer service and we will contact USPS on your behalf and figure out what happened. How long does shipping take?

After your order is shipped, it typically takes 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.

How can I track my package?

When we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your tracking number will be supplied in that email. We ship exclusively with the United States Postal Service (USPS) which supplies the tracking service.

I did not receive a confirmation email after ordering. 

Try checking your spam. If it's not there, you may have entered a typo in your email. No worries, this is common and your order will arrive as normal.

Can I make changes to my order?

We may be able to make certain changes to your order, but not always. If it's an important change needs to be made, please contact customer service.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I'd like to make an exchange/return?

Unfortunately, all sales are final. However, we sometimes make an exception. If it's crucial, contact customer service to see what your options are. We apologize for any inconvenience.

My item arrived damaged.

If your item arrives damaged or there's a problem with the design print, we will gladly send you a new one at no extra cost. Please, contact customer service and describe what's wrong. Be sure to provide pictures of the issue.
